How shipping works
- At checkout, choose your preferred shipping option. Buka supports Locations by default.
- If you choose Locations, search and select your nearest location during checkout.
- After payment, the seller receives a prepaid label. They pack the order and drop it off at a supported drop-off point.
- You receive tracking updates. When the parcel arrives at your chosen location, collect it using the provided collection code.
We'll expand to additional courier options in future. For now, Locations (powered by BobGo) provides a reliable and cost-effective nationwide network.
Common questions
How long does delivery take?
Most parcels arrive within 1–3 business days after the seller drops off. Remote areas can take a bit longer.
Where can I collect my parcel?
At your selected Location. You'll receive an SMS/Email with collection instructions and a one-time collection code.
Can I change my location after ordering?
Location changes aren't guaranteed once a label is created. Contact support as soon as possible.
